We built a resource for studying world-class barista performances. 25 WBC finalists from 2022 to 2025, each with full transcripts broken into sections (espresso, milk, signature), detailed coffee information (variety, farm, producer, process), brew parameters, flavor descriptors, and performance highlights. Every transcript is dual-sourced from YouTube captions and Whisper, then verified through our specialty coffee dictionary.
